Steam trains, Morris dancers and brilliant sunshine; what a day! Wadebridge Bulleid Pacific and a former BR Standard 9f provided the locomotive power; nice.

The Morris sides we dancing up a storm and really enjoying themselves, with their sticks, hankies, bells and colourful costumes they were giving it welly. Traditional English folk dancing for St George’s day at its best.

On the photographic front, my Zeiss Ikon ZM, Biogon 35mm f2, Sonnar 85mm f2 and a Leitz Tele-Elmar 135mm f4 with 5 rolls of Fujicolor Pro 400H did the honours.

As always with the MHR we had a fun day out, met some great enthusiastic people and made some decent photographs.
